Cancellation policy

• To secure a booking, we ask for a 50% deposit to be paid when you confirm your booking.

• The full amount outstanding must be paid upon check-in.

2010 World Cup Bookings:

* We require a 50% deposit upon confirmation to secure your booking
* The balance outstanding must be settled before the 1st of February 2010
* The full deposit is refundable if we you cancel your booking in writing before the 1st of January 2010.
* The full deposit will be forfeited if you cancel a confirmed booking with us after 1 January 2010 or if the balance outstanding is not settled by the 1st of February 2010 or if you do not arrive on the date for which you have booked.

• Our rates are per person per night.
• Rates include VAT of 14% from 1 March 2010
