"This guesthouse is a dream place to stay during a visit in Johannesburg. Our budget room was very cozy and with a warm design, the staff was friendly and the morning breakfast was excellent. Also, Melville is a perfect area to relax or enjoy an evening drink after a busy day sightseeing. I will gladly return here if ever back in Joburg"

Our Terms- We require a 50% deposit to secure a booking
- The full amount are required for stays of 1 night only
- Children under the age of 2 stay for free
- Children between 2 and 12 pay half the adult rate if they share a room a parent and the full rate if they stay in a separate room
- The deposit is refundable if a confirmed booking is cancelled 14 days or more before the date of arrival.
- The deposit is not refundable if a confirmed booking is cancelled 14 days or less before arrival
- The deposit is asked to secure your booking which means that we are keeping the room for you. If a confirmed booking is therefore cancelled at the last moment or a guest do not show up, it is most of the time too late to fill the room/s with another. For this reason and only if we are not able to fill the cancelled room, we will charge your credit card with the full amount due if a confirmed booking is cancelled 0 to 48 hours before the date of arrival or if a guest do not show up.
Check-in time: From 13H00 onwards. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to leave your bags at the guest house while you explore the area or to wait for your room to be serviced. We will try our best to get it ready as quickly as possible.

Check-out time: Not later than 10H00. If you have an evening flight back to your destination, it is best to book the room for another night or to pay us 50% of the daily rate for a check-out around 15H00.
